
Michelle Perin began her full-time freelance career in January, 2006. Since then, her work has appeared in Beyond the Badge, The UP Mag, Chief of Police, and Police Fleet Manager. She is a contributing writer for The Michigan Snowmobiler Magazine and writes a monthly column on police communications, as well as, a monthly column on police family life for Officer.com. Building on the B.S. in Justice Studies and Social Inquiry she attained from Arizona State University in 2005, she is currently pursuing an M.A. in Criminology at Indiana State University. She is currently working on a collaborate project with Staci A. Martin. Little White Crosses: Voices from the American Road is a photo essay highlighting roadside memorials and those who died there. Along with non-fiction articles and book length works, Ms. Perin has numerous credits in business writing. Her ability to assess a client's strengths and minimize weaknesses, allows her to create successful resumes and cover letters. Understanding the job market and what employers are looking for in candidates allows her to assess each job description and design professional documents utilizing key words to highlight each client's skills, experience, and unique qualifications. |
